Train the IM+CANS, IM-CAT, Mobile Crisis Response required trainings, Human Trafficking, and other crisis and clinical content developed for funder initiatives. <h4><span style="font-family: &quot;Segoe UI&quot;; color: #000000"><font size="3"><strong>Duties &amp; Responsibilities</strong></font></span></h4><ul><li><span style="color: #000000; font-family: &quot;Segoe UI&quot;"><font size="3">Plan and deliver both web-based training, including questions and answers, and on-site trainings statewide for: <br> • The IM+CANS assessment and treatment planning tool and any related components of the tool or related&nbsp;topics that are necessary.<br> • The IM-CAT and Crisis Safety Plan (CSP) and any related components of the tool and/or related topics that are necessary.<br> • Training of newly launched Medicaid services, specifically Mobile Crisis Response or other crisis-related services, to support providers in successful development, implementation and analysis.<br></font></span></li><li><span style="color: #000000; font-family: &quot;Segoe UI&quot;"><font size="3">Using various training, coaching and transfer of learning methodologies, the trainer will engage in person and by webinar with Medicaid enrolled providers to: Assess agency specific challenges and build strategies for effective implementation and accurate use of the tool development, planning and analyzing. Work in conjunction with the Crisis Services Coordinator and PATH leadership team to ensure providers are compliant with service and implementation policy.<br></font></span></li><li><span style="color: #000000; font-family: &quot;Segoe UI&quot;"><font size="3">Develop trainings, including on-site trainings and web-based trainings on intermediate and advanced use crisis response and intervention skills relevant to effective care planning and linkage for children and families. <br> • Provide feedback to Crisis Services Coordinator and Workforce Development Team as Subject Matter Expert on new services.<br> • Assist overall efforts in IM+CANS and IM-CAT implementation to guide future curriculum development and statewide support strategies.<br></font></span></li><li><span style="font-family: &quot;Segoe UI&quot;; color: #000000"><font size="3">Other duties as assigned. Some analysis of training effectiveness may be required. This training will be based in Systems of Care (SoC) principles. IM+CANS trainer level certification within 90 days of hire. SOC trainer certification within 120 days of hiring. Illinois clinical licensure. LPHA status pursuant to 89 ILAC 140.453.</font></span></p><h4><span style="color: #000000; font-family: &quot;Segoe UI&quot;"><font size="3"> <strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></font></span></h4><p><span style="color: #000000; font-family: &quot;Segoe UI&quot;"><font size="3">Experience working with IM-CAT, CANS, ANSA, FAST or TCOM. Training experience. Mobile Crisis Response experience.</font></span></p><h4><span style="color: #000000; font-family: &quot;Segoe UI&quot;"><font size="3"><strong>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities</strong></font></span></h4><p><span style="font-family: &quot;Segoe UI&quot;"><span style="color: #000000"><font size="3">Self-motivated and able to work semi-independently to train peers in crisis response, assessment, and care planning. Working knowledge of change management strategies, established training, coaching and transfer of learning methodologies, case study and clinical case presentation methodologies, established evidence-informed child behavioral health practices and clinical interventions, the impact of trauma on the child and family system, child and adolescent development, issues related to diagnosis and co-morbidity, and other behavioral health issues.</font></span></span></p></font></span></span><h4><span style="color: #000000; font-family: &quot;Segoe UI&quot;"><font size="3">Appointment Information</font></span></h4><p><span style="color: #000000; font-family: &quot;Segoe UI&quot;"><font size="3">This is a 100% full-time Academic Professional position, appointed on a 12-month basis. The expected start date is as soon as possible after the search postingcloses.&nbsp;&nbsp;The budgeted salary range for the position is $60,000-$70,000. Salary is competitive and commensurate with qualifications andexperience, while also considering internal equity. Sponsorship for workauthorization is not available for this position.
